But it is never enough to hear this Good News. The question becomes for us, "How do we respond to it?" "How do we appropriate it for our lives, for the people we love, for the world we live in?" "The Lord God said to Abraham, "Go forth from the land of your kinsfolk and from your father's house to a land I will show you, I will make of you a great nation and I will bless you" (Gen. 12:1-2).
